4. Q: Does the products have CE/RoHS certificate?
A: Some of our product have Ce/RoHS certificate ,if our customers'request it ,we can make it from our China certificate office.

5. Q: What's the shipping method, shipping time?
A: Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air, and by Express. Which methods to be used is based on the weight and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements. By sea: 20-40days; By air: 5-10days; By express: 3-6days

6. Q: Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.

7. Q: What's the Payment method?
A: Two method: 1. T/T, if account is large enough, 50% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. We suggest you transfer the full price at one time. Because there is bank process fee, it would be a lot of money if you make twice transfer.  2. Western Union

8. Q: How to Place an order?

A:Ofcourse. First, you need send picture or video to us,let us make sure what's problem about the product.If this problem can use parts to solve
we will send the replacements in free and bear the shipping fee, if the problem cannt solve,We will give u discounts in your next order for compensation.
